We want you on our team as: Maintenance Technician Requirements: Education: Secondary school or technical degree in maintenance, machinery and tools, electricity, electromechanics, or related field. Minimum six months of experience in a similar position. Availability to work Monday through Sunday and on holidays (weekday days off). Competencies and Skills: Internal customer service. Problem solving. Communication. Working under pressure. Sense of urgency. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment. Inventorying availability of required spare parts or materials. Assessing necessary improvements to equipment. Attending to and following up on reports. Performing work on equipment, areas, and facilities—including refrigeration, electricity, painting, plumbing, and drywall—to maintain proper control and operation of the complex.
