Main Responsibilities ● Operation of CNC Sharpening Machine ● On-machine programming ● Measurement and recording of dimensions; experience with high-precision measuring instruments; ability to work with extremely tight tolerances Essential Requirements (Education and Experience) ● Technical degree in Machinery and Tools (minimum); ability to read and interpret drawings and **CAD models** for designing complex tool profiles and geometries. ● Minimum one year of experience as a sharpening operator (mandatory); **familiarity with various types of cutting tools** (e.g., end mills, drills, reamers, etc.) and their respective geometries, cutting angles, and materials (carbide, HSS, etc.) ● Proficiency in on-machine programming (for this or other brands) ● Punctual and responsible ● Proactive and willing to learn Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Education: * Completed higher technical education (preferred) Experience: * Sharpening Operator: 1 year (mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
