




Job Summary: We are seeking a Chemical or Mechanical Engineering student or recent graduate interested in pharmaceutical engineering and sanitary processes to support water system design. Key Highlights: 1. Interest in pharmaceutical engineering and sanitary processes 2. Support in the design of potable and purified water systems 3. Development of technical competencies and learning of regulatory standards **Education** * Final-semester student or recent graduate in: * Chemical Engineering * Mechanical Engineering **Interest in:** * Pharmaceutical engineering * Sanitary processes * Water systems (PW, WFI) and pure steam. * Distribution piping systems. * Construction and design processes for sanitary-grade tanks, water system generators (PW – WFI), pure steam, and osmosis. **Experience** * Preferred (not mandatory): * Professional internships * Social service * Academic projects related to processes, fluids, or energy. **Responsibilities (under training and mentorship)** * Support in conceptual and basic design of systems for: * Potable Water * Purified Water (PW) Technical Competencies to Develop * Fundamentals of fluid mechanics * Interpretation of diagrams and drawings * Basics of sanitary equipment selection * Introduction to pharmaceutical regulations and GMP Regulatory Standards (in learning process) * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP – WHO / FDA / EU\-GMP) * USP / EP * ASME BPE * ISPE Guidelines * Water for Injection (WFI) * Steam and pure steam * Preparation and updating of: * Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) * Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P\&ID) * Support in: * Basic hydraulic calculations * Mass and energy balances * Preliminary pump and equipment selection * Basic review of supplier technical data sheets * Progressive learning of sanitary criteria: * AISI 316L materials * Sanitary surface finishes * Pressure, temperature, and slope requirements Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
