**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Data Handler – Engineering**, responsible for the **creation, maintenance, and control of engineering part data** within the **Microsoft Dynamics NAV** system. This role works closely with the Engineering team to develop **customer-specific technical documentation**, including **Bill of Materials (BOM)** and **spare parts lists**. The ideal candidate is meticulous, analytical, and capable of working under strict quality and documentation standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Capture, validate, and timely maintain engineering data. * Ensure quality and on-time delivery of data entry requests originating from the Engineering department. * Review **CAD 2D drawings** to extract technical information required for customer documentation. * Populate and manage **Excel spreadsheets** with technical information provided by Engineering. * Ensure compliance with internal and customer specifications in technical documentation. * Request support from the Engineering department when necessary. * Collaborate with external technical and commercial experts to complete BOM and spare parts documentation. * Escalate unresolved critical issues to management promptly. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation. * Perform other job-related duties as required. **Required Skills** * Functional proficiency in data capture and handling. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (tables, filters, searches, and information organization). * Ability to open, review, and print **AutoCAD (2D)** files. * Ability to open, manipulate views, and print **Autodesk Inventor (3D)** files. * Ability to read and understand **Bill of Materials (BOM)** (preferred). * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Technical writing and presentation skills. * **Advanced English required** (technical reading, writing, and speaking). * Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external customers. * High level of organization and attention to detail. * **Completed university degree required**, preferably in Engineering or a related field. * **Prior work experience not required**; however, **previous experience in similar roles will be considered an advantage**. **Mandatory Requirements** * **Valid visa required**. * **English required (mandatory)**.
