Job Responsibilities: * Network support (LAN/WAN/WiFi): basic and advanced configuration of switches, routers, and access points; resolution of connectivity incidents; network segmentation; VLANs; and IP addressing. * Maintenance and troubleshooting of network infrastructure (cabling, racks, patch panels, servers). * Implementation, configuration, and fine-tuning of video surveillance systems (IP and analog), including physical installation, commissioning, and network integration. * Installation and support of access control systems (readers, biometric devices, turnstiles, electric locks, controllers). * Hardware diagnostics and support (PCs, printers, switches, servers) and network software (Windows Server, monitoring tools). * Use of monitoring, analysis, and connectivity testing tools (ping, tracert, Wireshark, cable testers). * Generation of technical reports and support in documenting incidents, diagnostics, and configurations. Technical Knowledge and Skills: * IP networks (LAN/WAN), addressing, subnets, gateways, DNS, DHCP. * Support for networking equipment from brands such as Cisco, Huawei, Aruba, Ubiquiti, MikroTik. * Proficiency with network testing tools (cable tester, Fluke certifier, multimeter, analyzers). * Configuration of L2 and L3 switches (basic), VLAN creation, trunking. * Operating systems (Windows, basic Linux knowledge). * Physical infrastructure: conduits, structured cabling, fiber optics. * CCTV systems (Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Scati) and access control systems (Nüo, ZKTeco, HID). * Ability to read blueprints, network diagrams, and technical manuals. * Fieldwork experience. * Troubleshooting. Professional Profile: * Education: Technical degree in Systems, Networks, Electronics, or related field (completed or incomplete). * Experience: minimum 3–5 years installing, configuring, and providing technical support for networks and electronic security and automation systems. * Attitude: problem-solving orientation, ability to make technical decisions in the field, results-driven, effective communication with clients. * Requirements: valid driver’s license, willingness to travel, professional appearance.
