The Optical Fiber Field Supervisor's main objective is to ensure the uninterrupted operation and operational efficiency of the optical fiber infrastructure, complying with SLAs. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of prior experience in optical fiber splicing. * Completed high school education. * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends. * Knowledge of AutoCAD, Google Earth, Falcon. * Knowledge of optical fiber infrastructure operation and maintenance. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure optimal operation of the optical fiber infrastructure in urban areas with metro rings and long-distance networks. * Compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) established with customers. * Efficiently identify and resolve any issues related to the optical fiber network. * The supervisor is capable of coordinating local and remote activities.
