Ensure the quality of fieldwork by coordinating and directing the efforts of technicians and/or personnel under supervision to resolve issues and achieve company-established objectives. Ensure that crews under supervision have appropriate personal protective equipment and tools. **REQUIREMENTS:** Construction guidelines. Tool handling. No fear of working at heights (10 meters). Flexible availability. Computer and Microsoft Office software proficiency. Network maintenance and construction. **KNOWLEDGE:** Network height compliance with CFE standards. Reading of blueprints and KMZ files. Development of work plans. Knowledge and planning of approved hardware and materials. **Tool Knowledge:** OTDR, Splicer, Fusion Splicer, UFL. **Computer Software Proficiency:** Excel, Google Earth, KPIs, LSAs, Drive. Inventory control of supplies and tools required for operations. Experience in corrective and preventive maintenance. Splitter handling. Height adjustments. Response to mass outages.
