Activities: * Responsible for supervising the fulfillment of duties and processes of subordinate staff, managing these within the area of responsibility. * Responsible for supervising compliance with the proper operation, application, and use of safety and hygiene equipment to ensure continuous operation. * Supervise and support the delivery of documents verifying transfer deliveries and any related incidents. * Responsible for assigning vehicles and drivers to meet delivery requirements, as well as requesting authorization for vehicle rentals when necessary. * Responsible for coordinating and delivering all required documentation for trip execution (transfer sheet, trip itinerary, permit if required). * Responsible for validating the validity and portability of drivers' licenses, transport unit insurance policies and cargo insurance, circulation card, federal cargo permit for each vehicle and driver. * Daily verification of drivers' physical condition to ensure they are not in an unfit state at the time of departure and upon return to the facility. ***Key Competencies:*** * Time and resource management. * Assertive communication. * Negotiation. * Teamwork. * Results orientation. * Customer service and attention. * Change management. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in International Business or Logistics Engineering, or related fields. * Experience: 1 to 3 years in similar positions (Transport Assistant, Logistics Operations, Traffic). * Knowledge of geography, location, and transportation routes. * Familiarity with location technologies. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and management platforms. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Career growth.
