Leading company is seeking a **Design and Pattern Making Manager** **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop patterns, markers, and size grading for collections. * Supervise industrial cutting and sewing processes. * Create and monitor technical sheets, manuals, and production specifications. * Coordinate the design and pattern making team, ensuring efficiency and quality in deliverables. * Utilize and optimize specialized software (Gerber and Lectra). * Plan and control complete collections aligned with market trends and demands. * Manage timelines and costs at each development stage. * Monitor and track inventories of materials, supplies, and accessories. * Drive innovation and propose improvements to processes and products. * Maintain constant communication with production, quality control, procurement, and management to ensure effective workflow. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in pattern making, design, and collection development. * Solid knowledge of industrial sewing and cutting processes. * Proficiency in Gerber and Lectra software. * Basic knowledge of inventory management and control. * Proven leadership experience managing work teams. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Effective communication and collaborative work abilities. * Passion and sensitivity for fashion and trends. * Desirable: Experience working with productivity indicators and quality control. * Education: Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge in Fashion Photography. **We Offer:** * Salary: $25,000 monthly * Growth opportunities within a company that drives fashion brand competitiveness. * Innovative and collaborative work environment. * Statutory benefits and additional perks. * Participation in strategic projects with national reach.
