Main Responsibilities: * Opening and closing the branch. * Supervising restaurant operations. * Processing payroll incidents for staff. * Assigning weekly work shifts for employees. * Hiring, training, motivating, and retaining staff. * Preparing daily and weekly branch reports through requested channels. * Verifying branch supplies by conducting daily inventories. * Supervising cash float and performing cash register reconciliation at the end of each shift. * Resolving conflicts among team members. * Receiving supplies delivered by the WAREHOUSE. * Other related duties.
