Monitor compliance with tax regulations and manage procedures before IMSS/Infonavit A national private security guard corporation with over 300 employees, expanding its operations, is seeking a PAYROLL MANAGER. REQUIREMENTS: \*Minimum 3 years of experience administering payroll for over 300 employees. \*Degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. \*Knowledge of labor and tax legislation, and procedures related to IMSS, INFONAVIT, IDSE, SUA, and ISN. \*Proficiency in CONTPAQ and/or Sathum payroll systems. \*Advanced Excel and accounting system skills. \*Skills: Attention to detail, organized, effective communication, teamwork. JOB OBJECTIVE: Responsible for the complete payroll management of over 300 security personnel, handling payroll incidents, generating payment layouts, monitoring tax compliance, managing procedures before institutions such as IMSS, Infonavit, etc., and possessing in-depth knowledge of labor and tax legislation. WE OFFER: \*Salary ranging from $16,000 to $18,000 net monthly, depending on experience and qualifications. \*Statutory benefits. \*Direct employment with the company. \*Working days: Monday to Friday, and Saturday mornings. \*Professional and financial growth.
