REQUIREMENTS: \*Minimum 3 years of experience administering payroll for over 300 employees. \*Degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. \*Knowledge of labor and tax legislation, and procedures related to IMSS, INFONAVIT, IDSE, SUA, and ISN. \*Proficiency in CONTPAQ and/or Sathum payroll systems. \*Advanced Excel and accounting system skills. \*Skills: Attention to detail, organized, effective communication, teamwork. JOB OBJECTIVE: Responsible for the complete payroll management of over 300 security personnel, handling payroll incidents, generating payment layouts, monitoring tax compliance, managing procedures before institutions such as IMSS, Infonavit, etc., and possessing in-depth knowledge of labor and tax legislation.
