Lead calls with senior executives in the U.S. We seek a high-level bilingual **Account Manager** to lead relationships with our key clients in the U.S. Your mission will be to ensure client loyalty and satisfaction through expert management of **Payroll and HR** solutions. * Monday to Friday. * 09:00 \- 18:00 EST. * Employment type: 100% Onsite. **Your Challenge:** You will serve as the right hand of our strategic clients, ensuring their loyalty and managing high-level Payroll and HR solutions. **Your Responsibilities:** * Manage and retain key accounts long-term. * Resolve complex issues quickly and professionally. * Identify business opportunities (upselling) and present executive proposals. * Coordinate projects using tools such as **Asana and ZenDesk**. * Lead calls with senior executives in the U.S. **What Do You Need to Succeed?** * **English C1/C2 MANDATORY:** Full fluency * **Experience:** 3\-5 years in Account Management or Project Management. * **Expertise:** Handling difficult clients and conflict resolution. * **Plus:** Prior experience in **Payroll** or HR services. * **Education:** Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related fields. \#Marketing25 Job Type: Full-time Workplace: Onsite employment
