México Norte **Contract Type:** Full-time **Department:** Administration and Finance **Start Date:** December 15 ### **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or Finance * 3 years of experience in a similar position * Advanced Excel skills * Ability to calculate provisional and annual payments, experience with SAP system, proficiency in Financial Information Standards ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the recording, analysis, and reconciliation of all accounting transactions. * Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * Ensure compliance with tax obligations, filings, and tax payments. * Coordinate internal and external audits by providing information and follow-up. * Analyze variances and provide reports to financial management. * Manage and lead the accounting team, setting goals and providing feedback. * Implement process improvements, internal controls, and accounting policies. * Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) or local regulations, as applicable. * Manage monthly and annual accounting closings. * Control fixed assets, provisions, depreciation, and bank reconciliations. ### **What we offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Additional Benefits: * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Major medical expense insurance
