





Education: Bachelor's degree or Technical Superior University (TSU) degree in International Trade, Logistics, Commerce, International Business, or related field. At least 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position. Provide customers with immediate solutions and operational strategies, led by analytical staff possessing a high level of technical knowledge, attention, and service. Responsibilities: * Onboard new customers and maintain updated digital customer files in the internal system. * Conduct routine follow-ups according to the frequency established based on customer segmentation. * Conduct ad-hoc follow-ups according to each customer’s specific needs and concerns. * Advise and respond to inquiries regarding operational and legal matters at basic to intermediate levels. * Record and track meeting minutes; receive, register, supervise, and assist with complaints. * Measure customer satisfaction. * Develop profiles for new and existing customers. * Develop pricing proposals for prospects and current customers. * Identify customer needs. * Monitor increases or decreases in customers’ operational volume.
