**Position Objective** Lead, coordinate and ensure the successful execution of the company’s strategic projects. The Strategic Development Manager will be responsible for planning, monitoring and delivering technology, operational, commercial and infrastructure initiatives. They will serve as a key liaison across departments, prioritizing activities, managing resources and ensuring quality standards, timelines and outcomes. Additionally, they will drive continuous improvement in processes, workflows and development practices. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related field (degree required). * Advanced English (mandatory). * Proven experience leading technology or software development projects. * Experience in telecommunications or mission-critical environments is desirable. * Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and simultaneous projects. * Demonstrated ability in decision-making, leadership and executive communication. **Responsibilities** * Define scope, objectives, schedules and resources for technology and development projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. * Lead and synchronize Development, Operations, Commercial, Support and Engineering teams to ensure integrated and efficient execution. * Monitor progress, milestones, timelines and project quality, ensuring adherence to deadlines, scope and defined standards. * Identify risks, anticipate deviations and make timely decisions regarding priorities, workload and resource allocation. * Define, implement and monitor agile or hybrid methodologies that optimize project productivity, visibility and control. * Prepare and present executive reports, KPIs and project updates to support strategic decision-making. * Optimize processes, workflows, documentation and quality standards in development and project management. * Participate in defining the technology roadmap and ensure development initiatives deliver operational and strategic value to the company.
