Job Summary: Responsible for the migration, maintenance, and optimization of an enterprise CRM, ensuring its proper functionality, security, and integration with internal processes. Opportunity to propose improvements and automation. **Job Objective** To be responsible for the migration, maintenance, and optimization of an enterprise CRM, ensuring its proper functionality, security, and integration with the company's internal processes. This role serves as a key component for operational continuity and technological advancement of the business. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Systems, IT, Software, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in backend development or similar roles. Experience supporting enterprise systems or CRM. **Main Responsibilities** * Execute data, process, and user migration to a new CRM. * Provide technical and functional support to internal users. * Analyze and resolve system incidents (backend and functional). * Administer databases, ensuring data integrity and availability. * Implement digital security best practices (access control, backups, credentials). * Analyze source code and system integrations. * Propose improvements, automation, and process optimization. * Coordinate with technology vendors and internal departments. * Document technical processes, incidents, and solutions. **Technical Skills:** * Node.js, Express, and TypeScript * REST APIs * PostgreSQL and relational databases * Sequelize (ORM) * Git / GitHub * Data handling and debugging * Information security * Desired: Docker Salary: $35,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have working with Node.js, Express, or TypeScript in backend environments? * Have you participated in system migrations or CRM implementation (data handling, processes, or integrations)? * What is your proficiency level with PostgreSQL databases and ORMs such as Sequelize?
