**Your key responsibilities:** ------------------------------ * Lead the delivery of testing activities, plans and processes for complex products or services * ensuring product quality. Also, facilitates resource planning and resolution of issues that may * impede the test effort and drives continuous improvement. * Responsible for the design, development and support of test cases for functional and nonfunctional domains * Lead the identification of the test scope and test environment set\-up needs, prepares test plans, * identifies relevant metrics and keeps track of required effort for large initiatives * Hands\-on experience authoring, building and adopting large\-scale, automation frameworks with * well\-balanced coverage across UI, functional, API and back\-end integration (including end\-to\-end * automation) and experience with different test automation approaches * Generate / Review test reports and act on recommendations for product or design changes * Drive the evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of testing procedures and strategies * ensuring alignment to functional / non\-functional requirements * Supports in identifying product quality risks based on the high\-level solution architecture * Develop trusted relationships with other engineering groups and key business stakeholders to * evaluate, recommend and implement testing procedures for products, systems, components or * modifications **Skills and attributes for success:** -------------------------------------- * An ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of testing lifecycle, agile frameworks and * knowledge of Quality Management techniques.
