




**Position Objective:** Lead the implementation of systems, document and standardize processes across all areas of Cortica (sales, factory, installation, after-sales, administration). **Requirements:** * Knowledge of ERP or management software and process documentation. * Proficiency in ERP, Excel, and documentation tools. * Analytical skills to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and workflow errors. * High organizational and follow-up capability. * Results-oriented and operational discipline. **Main Responsibilities:** 1\. Software Implementation * Configure system parameters according to each department's workflows. * Document formats, catalogs, permissions, roles, and processes. * Train team members and ensure consistent system usage. * Track incidents and coordinate technical support from software providers. 2\. Process Standardization * Map current processes and redesign them. * Document policies, procedures, instructions, and checklists in manuals. * Establish performance indicators (KPIs) by area. * Coordinate with department leaders to validate and update processes. 3\. Management and Control * Define a document control system. * Create a monitoring dashboard (implementation progress, process compliance). * Report weekly on progress and pending tasks. **We Offer:** Base salary starting at $11,000.00 (commensurate with experience and results) Statutory benefits Working hours: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (including 1 hour lunch break), Monday to Friday.
