PURPOSE OF THE POSITION** Design, implement, and ensure execution of an integrated training and development system that directly impacts: * Sales growth * Employee retention * Improvement of organizational climate Through the development of commercial, interpersonal, and organizational competencies across all levels of the footwear retail network. **Training Strategy Design** * Design training programs aligned with business objectives * Structure learning pathways by level: * Sales Associate * Store Manager * Supervisor **Commercial Development** * Train on: * Sales techniques * Customer service * Closing sales * Increasing average transaction value **Human Development and Organizational Culture** * Develop content on: * Teamwork * Communication * Organizational values * Service-oriented attitude **Leadership Development** * Train managers and supervisors on: * Leadership * Team management * Effective feedback **Impact Measurement** * Evaluate training outcomes in: * Sales performance * Employee turnover * Workplace climate **Required Skills** * Proven experience in sales (mandatory) * Training program design * Organizational development * Analysis of commercial metrics * Executive presentations **CANDIDATE PROFILE** * Education: Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing or related field) * Experience: * Minimum 4–6 years in sales (retail preferred) * Experience in training or team development * Experience working with multi\-branch teams Salary: $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking Work Location: On the road
