Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Process Consultant to support the analysis, implementation, and follow-up of projects for various clients, collaborating closely with the firm’s director. Key Highlights: 1. Support in the analysis and implementation of projects for clients. 2. Participation in internal meetings and meetings with clients. 3. Contribution to the monitoring of active projects. At **IBC Consultores**, we are looking for a **Junior Process Consultant**. The selected candidate will support the analysis, implementation, and follow-up of projects for various clients, working hand-in-hand with the firm’s director. **Work Location:** Perisur. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 \- 17:30 hrs. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the collection and analysis of information for various projects. * Prepare reports, presentations, and related documentation. * Provide support in implementing proposed strategies and solutions for clients. * Participate in internal meetings and meetings with clients, following up on assigned tasks. * Contribute to the monitoring of active projects to ensure objective achievement. **Requirements:** * Industrial Engineering degree. * Analytical and communication skills. * Proficiency in digital tools and Microsoft Office suite. * Proactivity, willingness to learn, and teamwork orientation. * Mandatory: personal equipment (laptop or PC). **We Offer:** * Indefinite-term contract. * Base salary of $14,000 per month. * Commissions for active projects.
