Excellent service attitude and decision-making skills The Bar Manager will be responsible for supervising bar operations, ensuring beverage preparation quality, coordinating the bartender team, guaranteeing excellent customer service, as well as inventory and cost control. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise daily bar operations * Coordinate and lead the bartender team * Prepare beverages when necessary * Conduct inventory control and stocktaking * Manage supplier orders * Control costs, shrinkage, and waste * Ensure quality and presentation standards * Train staff * Implement new beverages or promotions * Comply with hygiene and safety regulations Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience working at a bar or as a Bar Manager * Advanced knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation * Experience managing personnel * Excellent service attitude * Flexible availability * Leadership and decision-making skills Salary: $15,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free beverages * Employee discount * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Cafeteria service * Restaurant vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
