




Job Summary: We are seeking a construction safety professional to manage documentation, issue work permits, monitor compliance with safety procedures, and report unsafe conditions on projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Surveillance and compliance with safety procedures on projects. 2. Control of documentation and work permits. 3. Reporting and tracking of hazardous conditions. PROJECT-BASED EMPLOYMENT Requirements: - Minimum education: Certified Technician or Bachelor's Degree candidate (Mandatory). - DC3: Working at heights, confined space entry, electrical work, and hot work. - Mandatory experience in construction safety. - Two years of personnel management experience. - Knowledge of construction regulations. - Knowledge of safety regulations. - Willingness to work on-site. Responsibilities: Document control. Review and approve work permits and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) for all activities; conduct hourly site inspections during activity execution to monitor compliance with safety procedures across all project execution activities. Halt activities if necessary, re-evaluate tasks, and propose alternatives to safely resume operations. Promptly report unsafe and potentially hazardous conditions affecting workers' lives and health, facility protection, and environmental conservation. Conduct continuous follow-up to ensure these issues are addressed and hazards eliminated. Schedule weekly meetings with safety supervisors and the Construction Safety team to review observations and safety performance indicators.
