Requirements: Technical degree in computer science, systems, or equivalent in a related field Experience as a field technical engineer in telecommunications, systems, technical support, or related areas (at least 6 months of experience) Knowledge: Computer equipment maintenance and repair Laser printers Telephony and networking (basic) Structured cabling (desirable) Router, switch, and hub configuration Responsibilities: Diagnose faults reported by customers Replacement of parts, incident tracking, handling and closure of reports 100% FIELD Job Responsibilities: Timely resolution of incidents and/or technical fault requests from users, within the timeframes agreed upon with the client.
