Position Summary: We are seeking a Data Scientist to develop and deploy analytical solutions, lead multidisciplinary projects, and communicate findings to stakeholders. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a Data Scientist! **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Operations Research, Data Science, Statistics, or related field. * Minimum of **2 years** experience developing and implementing analytical solutions in production environments (ML, statistical models, simulation, or optimization). * Proficiency in **Python and SQL** for analysis and manipulation of large volumes of data. * Solid understanding of the **data science lifecycle** (discovery, modeling, validation, and deployment). * Experience leading or participating in projects with **multidisciplinary teams**. * Excellent communication skills to present findings to stakeholders and executive leadership. * **Advanced / fluent English** (Intermediate level). **Desirable:** * Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Operations Research, or related field. * Experience with **C\#, Java or C\+\+**. * Use of modeling platforms. * Experience with **Tableau or other BI tools**. * Knowledge of **Azure, AWS or other cloud platforms**. * Residency in Culiacán, Sin. **Responsibilities** * Participate in the development of data science and analytics solutions from requirements gathering through deployment. * Perform data discovery, extraction, and analysis for the development of analytical models. * Develop, prototype, evaluate, and implement models in production environments. * Lead and coordinate project execution with multidisciplinary technical teams. * Clearly and effectively communicate results, analyses, and recommendations to stakeholders. * Propose innovative ideas and stay updated on new technologies and industry trends. * Support new initiatives as well as maintain and improve existing solutions. **We Offer:** Attractive salary.
