IT Platform Administrator specializing in **ASPEL** Engineering / Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Computer Science, Computer Systems, or related field Experience – End-to-end project and resource management, direct client interaction, direct interaction with various IT departments (+1 year) Knowledge – Databases (DB), platforms for digital ticket management and distribution (PDF and physical formats), reporting Tools – Project administration and planning (Project / Monday / or similar), intermediate to advanced Excel, proficiency in Agile methodologies and frameworks (SCRUM or SAFE), intermediate SQL Server Reporting and analysis of incidents or findings on platforms Management and preparation of manual reports and inventories, with continuous updates Planning and execution of functional, use case, and stress testing across all projects Receipt and verification of ticket batches according to event distribution and quantity reconciliation Collaboration with clients to define project objectives and review various project phases Tracking of ticket delivery using tools such as Ticketmaster, e-Ticket, TM Ticketmaster INTERESTED CANDIDATES, PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR CV THROUGH THIS CHANNEL!!
