Job Objective: Plan, coordinate, supervise, and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities at the CPP, Traditional Branches, and Plus Branches, ensuring equipment and system operationality and efficiency through effective management of a specialized technical team. Requirements: * 3 years of experience. * Bachelor’s degree in Maintenance, Electromechanics, or related Engineering field. * Industrial maintenance experience focused on the food or manufacturing industry. * Experience managing and coordinating maintenance teams across multiple locations. * Knowledge of commercial and industrial refrigeration system maintenance. Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise a team comprising a General Maintenance Technician, a Refrigeration Maintenance Technician, and a Refrigeration Maintenance Assistant. * Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs at the small plant and branches. * Manage resources, tools, and materials required for maintenance activities. * Monitor incidents and technical reports to ensure operational continuity. * Ensure compliance with food industry and cafeteria-type branch safety and quality standards. Required Knowledge: * Principles and practices of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Commercial and industrial refrigeration systems. * Food hygiene and safety regulations and standards. * Resource and logistics management procedures in maintenance. * Diagnosis and resolution of failures in production and cafeteria machinery and equipment.
