Responsibilities: **The Opportunity**
Ensure reliability and availability of production assets by implementing and monitoring maintenance methodologies and failure analysis, optimizing preventive and predictive maintenance plans to reduce unplanned stoppages and improve operational performance of equipment.
**Your Impact**
* Coordinate compliance with maintenance plans and programs according to established strategies to ensure operational efficiency.
* Plan preventive and predictive maintenance for production lines, ensuring proper management of required resources for successful execution.
+ Lead pre- and post-stoppage sessions with all stakeholders involved in each maintenance activity.
+ Assign maintenance tasks based on individual team members’ skills and experience, in collaboration with the execution facilitator.
* Monitor and align with suppliers to ensure timely and proper execution of planned activities and work, in alignment with operational safety, quality, and food safety standards.
* Coordinate creation of assets in SAP (e.g., equipment hierarchy, spare parts BOM, etc.), as well as creation and loading of preventive maintenance plans for our equipment.
* Continuously monitor the status of equipment, spare parts, tools, and services to ensure operational continuity and proper workflow.
* Promote, implement, and track initiatives and strategies for functional and equipment maintenance improvements, ensuring positive impact on key operational indicators.
* Champion training strategies to develop preventive, corrective, predictive, and service maintenance skills among operations personnel, aligned with applicable technologies.
* Track assigned maintenance budget to ensure availability of appropriate tools—including spare parts and equipment—through correct prioritization and resource management.
* Contribute to the proper implementation of the PeMM methodology based on Lean Six Sigma, as well as development of sustainability and continuous improvement strategies.
* Conduct maintenance-related failure analyses jointly with mechanics, operators, and involved facilitators, ensuring root cause identification of equipment damage and generation of effective SMART action plans.
* Ensure tracking of integrated team KPIs through proper participation in and management of the organizational transformation model: Motor\+.
+ Improve KPIs through performance management: startup, performance, reporting.
+ Develop multi-skilling and operational autonomy by championing programs such as Star Point System and Integral Operator, fostering holistic skill development to fulfill roles effectively.
+ Foster commitment and recognition through participation in engagement committee initiatives.
+ Manage action plans and strategies through facilitation teams.
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
* Industrial Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer, or related degree.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in reliability roles.
* Intermediate English proficiency.
* + SAP PM or equivalent CMMS.
+ Advanced Excel.
+ Power BI (desirable).
+ Data analysis tools.
