(Carretas Area) * **Salary:** $20,000 to $25,000 gross monthly, commensurate with experience. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Comprehensive payroll calculation** for weekly, biweekly, and monthly pay periods. * **Validation** of attendance incidents, overtime hours, commissions, and deductions. * **Review and stamping** of payroll receipts. * Employee onboarding, offboarding, and updates in **SUA and IDSE**. * Preparation of **final settlements and severance payments**, in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Support to employees regarding **PTU**, certificates, and clarifications. * Preparation of payroll reports, **SDI, SUA, and IMSS reconciliation reports**. * Collaboration with accounting and tax departments for closings and filings. **Required Knowledge:** * **Calculation of statutory and additional employee benefits.** * **Current UMA value and minimum wage.** * **Payroll variables.** * **Essential elements of payroll calculation:** * Daily wage and daily integrated salary (SDI). * Deductions (income tax - ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, Fonacot). * Fixed and variable earnings. * Employment subsidy and withholdings. * Pay frequency and bank disbursement. **Requirements** * Completed and certified bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. * Minimum of **2 to 3 years** of direct payroll experience. * Proficiency in **CONTPAQi Nóminas** or similar software. * Knowledge of the **Federal Labor Law (LFT), Social Security Law (LSS), IMSS, INFONAVIT, REPSE, SIROC, and SAT**. * Intermediate level of **Excel**. * Prior experience in **accounting firms or consulting practices** is desirable. **We Offer** * Salary of **$20,000 to $25,000 gross monthly**. * **Statutory benefits.** * Monthly gym allowance. * Monthly psychological support. * Collaborative, inclusive work environment focused on holistic well-being. * Flexible working hours.
