The selected candidate will participate in the design and development of hydrosanitary and fire protection projects located in the United States, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and Mid-Level and Senior professionals in a high-standard technical environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and coordinate hydrosanitary and fire protection projects, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and codes in the United States. * Develop designs and modeling of potable water, sanitary drainage, stormwater drainage, and fire protection systems. * Prepare drawings and technical reports using tools such as AutoCAD and Revit. * Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure proper project execution. * Collaborate with U.S.-based teams across various project development stages. * Support the training and supervision of junior engineers and trainees. * Comply with policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in hydrosanitary engineering projects and 1–3 years in fire protection projects. * Experience in designing and modeling hydrosanitary and fire protection systems. * Proficiency in design software such as Revit, Revit MEP, and AutoCAD. * Experience with hydraulic calculation software such as EPANET, HASS, HYDRACAD, among others. * Knowledge of regulations, codes, laws, and best practices associated with the engineering and construction of specialty systems. * Ability to interpret requirements from regulatory agencies. * Experience handling RFIs and submittals (desirable). * Experience sizing natural gas, medical gas, and laboratory gas piping, as well as dry-pipe or pre-action fire protection systems (desirable). * Knowledge of infrastructure planning, design, and construction management. * Moderate proficiency in technical writing, technological tools, spreadsheets, and mathematical principles. * Mandatory B2-level English, with written and oral communication capability. **What We Offer:** * Participation in the “Own It” program, enabling acquisition of WSP Global shares through monthly contributions, with an additional 50% contribution from WSP (subject to defined caps). * Immediate ownership of shares, including those acquired with the company’s contribution. * Annual performance evaluations. * Organizational climate surveys twice per year. * The opportunity to be part of a multinational company with high-quality standards and continuous growth. * Opportunity to participate in multidisciplinary projects at national, regional, and global levels. \#LI\-VVB \#Mexico **Primary Location** MX\-PUE\-San Andrés Cholula**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Regular**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 5**Job Posting** Mar 7, 2026, 1:19:57 PM
