Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Engineer with experience in customer service administration and supervision to optimize quality standards and resolve issues. Key Highlights: 1. Proactive attitude to identify improvements and propose solutions We are looking for a Quality Engineer with experience in customer service administration and supervision to join our team. You must have advanced knowledge of IATF 16949 and experience in quality inspection. You will use tools such as Minitab to ensure excellence in our processes. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise and optimize quality standards, ensuring all products meet established requirements. You must be able to effectively manage customer complaints and resolve quality issues. A proactive attitude and rigorous approach to identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions are required. Your ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly and concisely will be essential to success in this role. This is an on-site position, and attendance at all scheduled meetings and activities is expected.
