Mission * Administer and control distribution and market operations activities aligned with the company's internal control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with administrative processes that enhance operational efficiency and minimize associated costs. Responsibilities * Ensure all routes have fully staffed crews to properly serve all assigned customers. * Manage resources to achieve maximum benefits in sales and execution. * Administer and supervise processes for handling gifts and bonuses to ensure compliance with internal audit policies. * Supervise and ensure efficiency of services provided by the logistics area (loading, warehouse service time) and sales area (product delivery, exchange control, product rotation), aiming to maintain an appropriate service level and effectiveness to deliver proper customer attention. * Supervise the performance of personnel under your supervision to establish commitments and working relationships enabling improved customer service outcomes. * Supervise adherence to distribution visit sequences in coordination with Development Specialists to maintain adequate productivity levels across each route. * Supervise and ensure the product pass-through rate per route, identifying root causes and jointly correcting them with route personnel. Requirements * Completed bachelor’s degree in Administrative Informatics and Marketing. * Sales experience (4 years) and sales administration experience (4 years).
