Support to various operational and administrative areas. **General Job Objective.** Maintain facilities in good condition and correctly implement the company’s internal safety rules and instructions. **Functions and Responsibilities** Develop and maintain infrastructure and equipment at the yard and rest houses to support the operations of Monterrey Operations. Budget annual infrastructure expenses. Responsible for maintaining cleanliness at the yard and main entrance, as well as ensuring proper use by operational staff. Plan and execute preventive/corrective maintenance programs. Coordinate with the Systems Department for maintenance of software, hardware, and telecommunications (Voice and Data) at Monterrey Base. Support the Workplace Environment Department in fulfilling its requirements at Monterrey Base: delivery of safety equipment, uniforms, and contingency equipment. Support the Yard Control Department with activities aimed at preventing issues related to units stored at MTY Base. Maintain appropriate on-hand levels of Diesel and Urea, and coordinate with Accounting for supplier payments. Administer the closed-circuit television system at Monterrey Base. Control and assign operational staff to rest houses at MTY Base. Coordinate activities of security and surveillance personnel. Physical inspection of tools on incoming customer-owned units. Application of anti-corrosive treatment to customer units.
