Provide support to the product line across all product lines, with the purpose of maintaining under control the KPIs established for the three types of contracts: cost per meter, guaranteed performance, and consignment. KPIs will be established for each particular case, being the most important ones: performance, drilling speed, total integrated drilling value, among others. Agreed upon with each client according to their needs and contract particularities, as well as generating the necessary information to present accurate data about tool usage to the client, such as: performance results, consumption, costs, opportunity areas, recommendations for new products, etc. **Main responsibilities: minimum experience: at least 1 to 3 years** * Know and be able to demonstrate operationally the different products of the steel division on multiple mining operation equipment. * Establish contacts with clients at the end-user level within operations departments and supervisors. * Conduct inspections on operating equipment to provide technical support on used products. * Provide field and classroom training to end users and supervisors. * Perform drill bit sharpening and any other maintenance activities related to drilling tools. * Maintain control of steel inventory in exchange systems. * Monitor and manage consumable inventories to maintain an accurate critical list. * Support the RGD product specialist in preparing test reports for new products and make recommendations to clients to improve RGD product productivity. * Keep customer-related databases updated and verified. * Prepare weekly and monthly reports corresponding to your activities. * Participate in internal and external training activities with clients. * Notify changes in lithology, operations, or equipment acquisition occurring within the contract. **Requirements** * Requirements (general and specific knowledge): * Technical degree or mechanical, mining engineer, or related field. * Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in similar roles providing technical support on drilling equipment and consumables. * Knowledge of drilling steel and KPI management. * Intermediate to advanced English. * Type B driver's license (desirable). * Ability to drive 4x4 manual transmission vehicles. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Soft skills: organized, detail-oriented. * Work Location (Office / Mine): Guerrero State. * Work Type (On-site/Hybrid/Remote): On-site. * Work Schedule/Shifts: 20x10 (this is an option).
