Support for configuration and testing of equipment and solutions. \- Provide follow-up and support for operational tickets related to incidents, problems, and requests concerning LTE and satellite operational services. \- Configuration of equipment and services. \- Support for equipment and new technology testing. \- Preparation of reports and documents required by operations.
