Job Summary: This role involves delivering security courses and training, including procedures, risk management, equipment usage, legal frameworks, and personnel evaluation. Key Highlights: 1. In plain terms, **this is what you do**: Main Responsibilities * **Deliver courses and training** (theoretical and practical). * **Teach security procedures**: access control, patrols, incident response. * **Train on risk and emergency management** (theft, fire, evacuation, first aid). * **Instruct on proper use of equipment** (radios, CCTV, detectors, and occasionally firearms where permitted by law). * **Explain the legal framework**: human rights, lawful use of force, laws and regulations. * **Evaluate personnel** through exams, practical exercises, and drills. * **Update knowledge** in response to legal changes or emerging threats. * **Experience in private security**, including armed guards and in-house guards. * Experience in **fingerprinting**.
