FUNCTIONS * Coordinate internal audits. * Supervise compliance with maintenance, calibration, and verification programs for equipment. * Ensure that activities carried out in departments are performed in accordance with established procedures for each activity. * Coordinate external visits and audits. * Report non-conforming work to the Quality Management and Continuous Improvement Manager. * Coordinate with technical departments for control of non-conforming work. * Coordinate with technical departments to conduct root cause analyses, select corrective actions, and implement the most appropriate one. * Manage activities arising from risks associated with laboratory activities. * Coordinate the date of visits for external audits. * Participate in and attend internal and external training sessions and courses.
