Opportunity to work with architectural design and technology. **DURAN ALONSO CONSTRUCTORES** Company dedicated to construction, civil works, residential buildings, schools, and warehouses. *Our motto* *"If it doesn’t exist, we design it."* **JOB OBJECTIVE** Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction execution to ensure work is carried out in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, schedule, budget, and current regulations, guaranteeing quality, safety, and timely completion. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE** * **Architectural Construction Knowledge:** In-depth understanding of architectural design principles, materials, manufacturing techniques, and construction-related technologies. * **Effective Communication:** Strong oral and written communication skills to interact with team members. * **Problem Solving:** Ability to identify challenges, develop creative solutions, and take initiative. * **Time Management:** Capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously without compromising quality. * **Technology and Software:** Familiarity with architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and rendering tools for creating and communicating designs. * **Plus:** Knowledge of hospital construction. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE** * Minimum 4 years coordinating construction projects. * Personnel management experience. * Teamwork management experience. * Full coordination of the work team, including task assignment. **REQUIREMENTS:** * MANDATORY: Minimum academic qualification: **Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture**, or related field. * MANDATORY: Personnel management and supervision (supervising more than 4 people). * PLUS: Knowledge of hospital construction. **MAIN GENERAL ACTIVITIES** **1) Planning and Organization:** * Coordinate construction scheduling (activity timeline). * Review drawings, technical specifications, and contracts. * Define execution priorities jointly with the site supervisor or construction manager. * Coordinate human resources, materials, and machinery. * Assist in budget preparation and cost control. **2) Field Coordination:** * Supervise proper execution of on-site work. * Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Resolve technical issues arising during execution. * Verify compliance of work with drawings and technical standards. * Monitor physical progress and report periodically. **3) Quality Control** * Ensure compliance with quality standards. * Review construction procedures. * Request and verify material and process testing. * Identify deviations and propose corrective actions. **4) Safety and Regulations** * Supervise compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. * Coordinate implementation of safety plans. * Verify personal protective equipment (PPE) with the safety team. * Comply with local, environmental, and labor regulations. **WORK SCHEDULE** Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. **SALARY** $25,000.00 to $30,000.00 per month, tax-free. **WE OFFER** · One-year job stability **(Fixed-Term Project Contract)** · Competitive salary. **STATUTORY BENEFITS** * IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) * Christmas bonus: 15 days’ salary * Profit sharing * Vacation premium: 25% * We are affiliated with FONACOT Employment type: Full-time, Fixed-term or Project-based Salary: $25,000.00 – $30,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Free uniforms Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Experience: * CONSTRUCTION COORDINATION: 3 years (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
