We invite you to join our team as: Development Manager / SLP Key challenges in this role: * Recruiting and selecting your own field-based team * Training your staff to increase sales and improve portfolio recovery * Coordinating promoters in the field * Supporting and developing your field personnel * 80% field work and 20% office work * Experience in individual and/or personal credit sales and collections If you possess the following qualifications: * Experience as a Coordinator, Supervisor, or Sales and Collections Manager in the field—or equivalent. * Personnel management and training, customer prospecting, and direct collections. * Minimum two years of field-based sales and collections experience (tangible or intangible products or services), at supervisory or managerial level. * Experience managing sales and collections personnel: commission-based agents, Credit and Collections Managers (100% field-based), promoters, and sales representatives. * Experience leading a team of at least six people. * Tactical planning and implementation for marketing and positioning of financial loans.
