




**Job Objective** Design, implement, and monitor marketing and advertising strategies to increase sales, position the brand of butcher shops, attract and retain customers, and support branches in achieving their commercial goals. **Functions and Responsibilities** · Design local and regional marketing strategies for branches. · Plan and execute promotional campaigns (offers, seasons, openings, events). · Manage social media and digital content (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.). · Coordinate print and digital advertising (flyers, banners, ads, promotions). · Analyze sales and customer behavior to propose commercial actions. · Develop customer retention strategies (loyalty programs, recurring promotions). · Coordinate corporate image and ensure correct brand application across branches. · Support the commercial area in product and promotion launches. · Control and optimize the marketing budget. · Measure campaign results and present performance reports. **Skills and Competencies** · Creativity and innovation. · Data analysis and results orientation. · Planning and organization. · Effective communication and teamwork. · Commercial and customer service focus. · Ability to work under pressure. · Knowledge of the local market. · Proficiency with digital tools and social media. **Experience** Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing or advertising roles, preferably in retail, food, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or businesses with physical points of sale. **Requirements and Knowledge** · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field. · Knowledge of digital and traditional marketing. · Experience managing social media and promotional campaigns. · Desirable experience in sales and promotion analysis. · Basic proficiency with design and digital advertising tools. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** · Sales increase attributable to campaigns. · Social media reach and engagement. · Marketing budget compliance. · Effectiveness of promotions and campaigns. · Brand positioning and recognition.
