We are seeking a Safety Supervisor for construction company CAPISA. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring safety at the Mining Project. We need someone with effective communication skills and leadership abilities to lead our safety team and implement training for them. You must demonstrate responsibility and a sense of urgency to maintain high safety standards. Your strategic thinking and planning capabilities will be crucial for managing critical situations and coordinating personnel during any contingency both inside and outside the Mine. Additionally, you will maintain documentary control in SSMA folders. Your honesty and professional ethics are essential to maintaining trust and compliance with safety regulations. Resilience and conflict resolution skills are key to addressing unforeseen challenges. Furthermore, it is fundamental to possess expertise in safety systems and safety standards to supervise critical work, conduct safety inspections, and investigate accidents and incidents. **Requirements:** Emergency Response Team courses, DC-3 (mandatory), DC-5, and CONOCER certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
