***REQUIREMENTS*** **Education:** Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics, Electronics, or related field. **Experience:** 3 years in the position. * Solid skills in diagnosing and resolving automation-related problems. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Knowledge** * Maintenance of production lines and automated machinery. * Automated systems and PLC controllers. * Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. * Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Knowledge of offset printing machines. * Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). * Continuous improvement. **Responsibilities** * Ensure shift startup by commissioning equipment. * Conduct tests and analysis of mechatronic systems to guarantee optimal operation. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance efficiently and promptly. * Respond to machine maintenance requests in a timely manner. * Close work orders and hand over shift responsibilities. * Conduct tests and verification of machines after maintenance to ensure proper functionality. * Maintain machine operating parameters according to specifications. * Keep accurate records of maintenance activities. * Apply TPM tools and teamwork practices to optimize maintenance operations on-site.
