





**Maintenance Coordinator for Manufacturing Company** **Work Location:** MTY, Nuevo Leon **Position Objective** Coordinate and supervise plant maintenance activities, ensuring proper operation of equipment and facilities through planning and execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, leading technical staff and guaranteeing compliance with safety, quality, and operational continuity standards. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise the **maintenance technical staff**, ensuring proper task assignment and activity completion. * Plan, schedule, and track **preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance** of equipment and facilities. * Supervise execution of repairs, adjustments, and fault resolution to minimize downtime. * Provide technical support for **electrical maintenance**, as well as mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. * Manage area resources: tools, spare parts, materials, and equipment. * Handle purchase requests and coordinate work with **external suppliers**. * Maintain up-to-date records of activities, costs, and maintenance department performance. * Prepare KPI reports and communicate recurring failures or operational risks to management. * Ensure compliance with **safety, health, and environmental regulations**. * Train and develop technical staff on best practices in maintenance and safety. * Propose and implement **maintenance process improvements** to increase operational efficiency. * **Desirable:** Support for *facilities*-related activities (general services and infrastructure). **Required Skills and Knowledge** * University degree in **Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field**. * **3–5 years of experience** in similar maintenance coordination or supervision roles. * Solid knowledge of **electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance**. * Experience in **workforce management** and coordination of maintenance projects. * Knowledge of **industrial safety regulations**. * Intermediate–advanced English (technical reading and functional communication). * Planning, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. **We Offer:** * Base monthly salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per month Experience: * Pneumatic Maintenance: 4 years (Desirable) * Hydraulic Maintenance: 4 years (Desirable) * Electrical Maintenance: 4 years (Desirable) * Facilities: 3 years (Desirable) Language: * Conversational English (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
