If so, we are looking for a TOM Transportation Process Assistant interested in joining our team at our FC BJX1 facility in León, GTO, as a Supervisor in the Transportation Area. Key job responsibilities As a TOM (Transportation Process Assistant), you will supervise team members performing trailer movements, coordinate yard activities—including entry/exit logging, traffic flow within the yard, and internal communications with operations teams. You will also conduct yard audits, coordinate onboarding and training programs for yard operators, aligned with business needs. Here are some of the main responsibilities: * Coordinate unit arrivals and departures at the maneuvering yard. * Coordinate and supervise a team of individuals supporting yard operations. * Coordinate with carriers regarding on-time arrivals of units for loading. * Comply with and ensure adherence to safety protocols within the yard. * Coordinate internal unit movements with a team of yard operators. * Attend meetings with the site’s internal operations team. Generate reports on: * Unit entry/exit times and reasons for delays in systems. * Safety, quality, and customer service KPIs. * Shift handover summaries.
