Patient Services Representative (Medical Background Required) **Pay:** MX$18,000 – MX$20,000 MXN per month **Job Type:** Full\-time **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (MST\-aligned) **Work Location:** Remote **Language Requirement:** **Strong English (C1 or higher) – Required** **⚠ This role is strictly for professionals within the medical community.** **If you are not a nurse, doctor, or do not have formal medical/clinical experience, please do not apply. Applications without a medical background will not be considered.** **About the Role** We are seeking a **Patient Services Representative** to join our remote medical practice team. This role is heavily focused on **patient care, clinical coordination, and phone\-based support**, ensuring an exceptional patient experience from the first call through ongoing follow\-up care. In addition to patient\-facing responsibilities, this position supports light marketing initiatives and provides occasional administrative assistance directly to physicians. This is an ideal role for a **nurse, doctor, or medically trained professional** who enjoys patient interaction, organization, and healthcare operations. Key Responsibilities**Patient Communication \& Support** * Serve as the first point of contact for all inbound patient calls and inquiries * Guide patients through scheduling, insurance questions, and treatment information * Confidently recommend and explain relevant medical services based on patient needs * Convert phone inquiries and opt\-in leads into booked consultations using **DoctorBoss** and **Go High Level CRM** * Follow up with past patients and leads to support continuity of care * Maintain accurate patient records and schedules in **DrChrono EHR** **Patient Onboarding \& Care Coordination** * Ensure all required intake forms, records, and preparations are completed prior to consultations * Coordinate labs, imaging, referrals, and follow\-up appointments * Track and collect **Patient\-Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs)** * Maintain the EHR as the central calendar for provider availability and appointments **Marketing \& Growth Support (Approx. 10 hrs/week)** **Social Media Management (Approx. 8 hrs/week)** * Schedule daily content for **YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Facebook** * Use **Buffer** to manage posting schedules and optimize content for engagement and SEO * Repurpose educational video content for patients and the community * Assist with basic engagement or replies when required **Newsletter Management (Approx. 2 hrs/week)** * Design and send biweekly newsletters via **Beehiiv** * Highlight educational content, services, and promotions **Practice Engagement \& Community Building** * Use **Go High Level CRM** to tag, track, and nurture patients and leads * Support patient engagement efforts, including post\-procedure follow\-ups and testimonials * Assist with referral campaigns and community outreach initiatives * Coordinate communications for events or special campaigns **Administrative Support for Doctors (Occasional)** * Assist physicians with urgent scheduling or administrative needs * Support special projects to ensure smooth clinical operations Qualifications (Required) * **Must be a nurse, doctor, or have formal medical/clinical training** * Minimum **2 years of experience** in healthcare, clinical support, or medical administration * **English proficiency at C1 level or higher** (excellent verbal and written communication) * Strong patient\-facing communication skills with a compassionate, professional tone * Experience in customer service or consultative sales within healthcare preferred * Ability to explain medical services clearly and handle objections professionally * Highly detail\-oriented and compliant with patient privacy standards * Comfortable learning and using tools such as **DrChrono, DoctorBoss, Go High Level, Buffer, and Beehiiv** * Willing to complete and maintain **HIPAA certification** * Reliable high\-speed internet with backup connectivity Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $18,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Work Location: Remote
