Main responsibilities: Provide first and second level technical support to internal users, resolving incidents related to hardware, software, and networks. Install, configure, and maintain equipment and operating systems. Experience in corrective and preventive maintenance of computer equipment, printers, etc. Work schedule: Full time Monday to Friday, Saturday shifts for half a day.
