




Position Summary: We are seeking a School Services Coordinator with experience in educational administrative processes, handling procedures with the SEP, and managing school management systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead school services with a focus on educational administrative processes. 2. Manage key procedures with the Secretariat of Public Education (SEP) at federal and state levels. 3. Apply knowledge of RVOES (Recognition of Validity of Studies), regulations, and study plans. **UNIVERSITY TECHNOLOGICAL GROUP – CHILPANCINGO CAMPUS.** HIRING: SCHOOL SERVICES COORDINATOR. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree (in Administration, Law, Pedagogy, or Education). * Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in school services, preferably in the private sector. * Knowledge of educational administrative processes. * Basic experience with school management systems and educational platforms: Academic, PACE, Met, and Mec. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel – 80%) is mandatory. * Excellent spelling and writing skills. * Experience managing procedures with the SEP at federal and state levels. * Knowledge of RVOES, regulations, educational standards, and study plans; experience in conducting inspections and supervision, 911 procedures, certification, and graduation processes. * Student support services, issuance of certificates, academic records (Kardex), etc. **IF YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS, PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR CV.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $15,000.00 MXN per month Work Location: On-site employment
