Job Summary: Grupo Modelo seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to execute operational procedures, ensure service levels, analyze team performance, control inventory movements, and uphold safety and continuous improvement standards. Control inventories and safeguard products Join Grupo Modelo as a Warehouse Supervisor **Requirements:** * Minimum one year of experience in supply chain or logistics is mandatory * Completed bachelor's degree is mandatory * Flexible working hours * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP **Responsibilities:** * Execute operational procedures with support from team members, in accordance with guidelines established by the Warehouse Manager. * Ensure agreed service levels are met to guarantee product availability, allocate necessary resources to meet demand, and monitor distributor productivity and service-level KPIs—all in strict adherence to standardized processes. * Analyze team performance based on key KPIs, as well as action plans and commitments for the following day, in coordination with the Warehouse Manager. * Conduct daily control of all inventory movements to ensure inventory safeguarding and accurate recording of daily transactions in accounting and theoretical systems (SAP). * Ensure compliance with safety protocols implemented at the facility. * Implement strategies to achieve warehouse KPIs. * Safeguard products according to freshness requirements and arrange loading in accordance with predefined layouts. * Execute checklist procedures and other requirements mandated by DPO to ensure continuous improvement. * Return materials (containers, packaging, pallets, and barrels) to plants at agreed quality levels. * Responsible for quality control in container selection performed by sorters. * Analyze and continuously improve process productivity.
