**Position:** Technical Support in Telecommunications **Department:** Technical Support / Networks / Telecommunications **Work Mode:** On-site – Office-based **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Sundays:** Day off **Job Objective** Provide **office-based** technical support to field technicians, ensuring the proper operation of wireless internet services, assisting in the review, diagnosis, and resolution of incidents related to **networks and radiofrequency**, to maintain operations under optimal conditions. **Required Profile** **Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications Networks Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, or related field** Applicants with verifiable experience or knowledge in telecommunications and networks — even without a formal degree — will also be considered.
