To support this mission, Syngenta's Sales team is seeking a Technical \& Sales Specialist Bio in Villa Guerrero, State of Mexico, Mexico. This role will support driving demand generation in the assigned geographic area (biological product portfolio) through the execution of sales strategies, technical advisory to farmers, distributor and retailer management, and marketing initiative activation. **Responsibilities** * Identify and contact potential customers for prospecting and demand generation. * Establish and maintain relationships with existing customers, understand their needs, and provide suitable integrated solutions. * Possess in-depth knowledge of the products or services offered to effectively communicate their value to potential customers, especially within the biological product portfolio. * Work collaboratively within the triad to ensure an integrated solution for customers aligned with their needs and requirements. * Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. * Provide periodic sales reports and forecasts to management. * Offer after-sales support and address customer concerns. * Define regional sales objectives and work towards achieving them. * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during sales activities. **Requirements** **Essential for this position:** * Professional degree in agronomy or related fields.
