Prepare quotations for Groups, Agreements, Groups, etc., that represent viable business opportunities. * Promote and disseminate hotel services to local companies to close agreements, sell group bookings, conduct market prospecting and/or research. * Follow up on sales actions and the sales team's efforts to support portfolio exploitation and optimal achievement of objectives, as well as address variations or issues with customers. * Increase market share by achieving an appropriate balance between occupancy and revenue, meeting assigned group and agreement quotas, resulting in business profitability. **Physical Work Environment** ------------------------------- Seven-story building, requires walking through hallways, elevators, and stairs during client tours. **Physical Requirements of the Position** ---------------------------------- External tours with clients. Travel to different points in the city. Constant telephone communication.
